หลังจากพระปิดตา เนื้อตะกั่วเถื่อน ยุดแรกได้หมดลง และผ่านไปเป็นระยะเวลานาน ความต้องการและปรารถนาพระปิดตาของหลวงปู่กับทวีความต้องการมากล้น ทั้งเพิ่มพูนตลอดเวลา และในวันหนึ่งของช่วงเวลาเช้าอันหนาวเหน็บ หลังจากหลวงปู่ฉันเช้าแล้ว มีชาวบ้านหลากหลายหมู่บ้านเอาเครื่องสังฆทานแบบชาวบ้านมาถวายท่าน เนื่องในเทศกาลฉลองปีใหม่ที่เพิ่งผ่านไปไม่กี่วัน หลวงปู่ทนการรบเร้าของเหล่าชาวบ้านที่ต้องการพระปิดตา ที่ท่านสร้าง ด้วยเหตุผลสารพัด ในที่สุดท่านรับนิมนต์ว่าจะสร้างให้ นั่นเป็นเรื่องราวที่เกิดขึ้นในช่วงต้นเดือนมกราคมของปี พ.ศ. 2515 หลวงปู่ท่านมอบหมายให้ผู้มีความสามารถในด้านต่าง ๆ ไปแสวงหาสิ่งที่ท่านจะผสมลงผงที่จะสร้างพระ จนกระทั่งเวลาผ่านไปหลายเดือนถึงจะครบรอบ และเสมือนฟ้าบันดาล ขณะนั้นข่าวจากชาวบ้านมหาชัยที่บอกเล่ากันต่อว่า หลวงปู่รับนิมนต์จะสร้างพระปิดตาให้ญาติโยม เข้าถึงหูท่านปลัดพิศาล มูลศาสตร์สาทร ขณะนั้นท่านรับราชการอยู่ที่ จ.นครพนม ท่านปลัดพิศาล ได้เดินทางเข้านมัสการหลวงปู่ที่วัดทันทีและปวารณาตัวเป็นผู้จัดหาบล็อกแม่พิมพ์มาถวายหลวงปู่ เนื่องเพราะท่านปลัดพิศาล ท่านเป็นผู้เลื่อมใสในวัตถุมลคลอย่างยิ่งยวด และเมื่อองค์ประกอบ วงจรสมบูรณ์ พระปิดตา 3 กษัตริย์ จึงบังเกิดขึ้น และเป็นปฐมบทกำเนิดเป็นพระปิดตา ลุ่มน้ำโขงอันเกรียงไกร



องค์ประกอบพระปิดตาผง 3 กษัตริย์ คือ 1. ดินจากสถานที่สำคัญ 9 แห่ง 2. คำภีร์โบราณที่เก่านำมาเผาเป็นผงใบลาน 3. ใบโพธิ์แห่งพุทธะ นำมาตากแห้งและบดเป็นผงใบโพธิ์ นำผงหลักทั้ง 3 ส่วนผสมคลุกเคล้ากับวัตถุอาถรรพ์ธรรมชาติที่บดแล้วผสานกับตัวประสานเนื้อพระ นวดจนเข้าเนื้อแน่นเหนียวดีแล้วจึงกดลงในแม่พิมพ์ที่ท่านปลัดพิศาลถวายให้ อีกทั้งหลวงปู่ยังลงอัขระ จารหลังองค์พระด้วยตัวท่านเอง จึงถือว่า พระปิดตา เนื้อผงรุ่นแรกหลังจาร ได้เกิดขึ้นอย่างสมบูรณ์ หลวงปู่ท่านอธิฐานอย่างเต็มกำลังในช่วงเข้าพรรษา หลังจากออกพรรามาแล้วหลวงปู่จึงได้แจกญาติโยมชาวบ้านที่เคารพนับถือท่านเป็นมงคลชีวิต
