Quick start commissioning
1. according to space and layout ,to determine the position of magnetic separator and direction
of grain inlet and exit
2. adjust the height of four foot screws, make the machine frame level make four foot screws balance
3. let electrician to make line connection ,make sure the motor rotation is correct
4. through observation hole in both sides of grain box ,check whether conveyor belt deviation ,such as conveyor belt to the left(right)deviation, should tension the right(left)side (tensioning handle down)or loose conveyor belt left(right)side (tensioning handle up),conveyor belt move requires a certain stroke process, please observe patiently, belt tension can not be transferred to the tight.
5. Adjust the frequency to 35-45HZ;observe the station of finished products and clod ,rotate handle, to the best separation station
6. After effect stable , you can gradually increase the feed quantity.
7. Every working day, observe whether the belt is deviate 40 hour working, tension the belt.
8. After a week in the new equipment running .please check and fasten all bolts; please carefully read*instruction.
